His love of homeland makes him a perfect natural for arranging and escorting our Tours of Scotland. He knows the ins and outs of both city and countryside in Scotland and has culled the best in both accommodation and dining. We have received wonderful feedback from our satisfied tour guests that prove the point. He takes meticulous detail on each inn and venue and travel route to offer the best to our guests. Laurens’ artistic talents are used in the creation of our advertising, tour post cards, brochures and information documents. She handles guests’ information, replies and booking arrangements. She runs the office and manages all administration responsibilities. Lauren’s talents are also shown in the jewelry items she designs and handcrafts for our company, her layouts and displays of our merchandise at both speaking presentations and at Highland Games and her coordination of all the many details for the Tours and Scottish Festivals we participate in.
Robert is our ‘go to’ man for all things technical. He heads our communication, web and marketing depts. He helps design the layout for our Tour Booklets. He is great at finding just the right image for our booklets and advertising promotions. Rob does sales at our booth at Highland Games, as well as set up and break down of all our merchandise-a big job. He is our liaison with the clans at these events as well as carrying the banner for our own clan at many opening ceremonies.
